Linking Together the Chain of Farm Toy Collectors
Spec-Cast's High Detail Farm Toys
by Jason Hasert
Spec-Cast is expanding its toy line for 2006! There are new farm toys in the works from AGCO, Case New Holland, John Deere and several short lines. The detail Spec-Cast is developing in its toys is exciting and available at a reasonable price.
During the 2005 National Farm Toy Show, Spec-Cast had quite a display. They have several new 1/16 Oliver and Cockshutt toys on the way for AGCO. Case-New Holland has licensed Spec-Cast to produce a new series of highly detailed DC Case tractors as well as vintage IH implements including a pull type combine and square baler. John Deere has new classic tractors and crawlers on the way from Spec-Cast. Short lines such as Bauer Built E-Z Trail and Kinze are also working with Spec-Cast to develop new models.
The Toy Tractor Times photographed all the new products on display at the National Farm Toy Show. Readers will agree from these pictures that Spec-Cast is making its mark on the farm toy hobby. Detail is the name of the game; price is the winning touch down. This article previews many of the new and exciting farm toy products on the way from Spec-Cast.
Spec-Cast will next be set up at the St. Louis farm toy show in February 2006. They have several more exciting farm toy projects in the works for the coming year. Make plans now to come to the show to see the products for yourself or visit Spec-Cast on-line at http://www.speccast.com/.
