1. Pass Word Will Not Work? Pass Word Trouble shooting:

A. If you have just received your welcome aboard e-mail and your user id or pass word does not work please check your computers virus protection settings.   Some virus protection programs will block the use of log on web pages and must have their settings adjusted.  All passwords are checked to ensure they will work before being e-mailed to new members

B. If you run Window's XP check your fire wall settings. XP has additional protections built in as back ups. Check your file wall settings to make sure it accepts cookies and log ins on the web.

C.  Check with your internet provider to ensure that they do not have any software that has built in virus protections that will not allow you to log on to The Toy Tractor Times. After the virus worms that attacked the internet in August 2003 many internet providers increased their security settings which may block internet log on to websites.

D.  Please double check your pass word.  The best thing to do is to copy and paste your id and pass word directly from your "Welcome to The Toy Tractor Times" e-mail.  Your id is your first initial and last name.  For example John Smith id is jsmith.  Your pass word is your initials, home state, subscriber number and renewal month.  So John Smith of  New York's pass word would be jsnysu127oct2004. This stands for John Smith, subscriber 127, renew TTT in October 2004.  Please note that all text after the su is numbers.  All su #'s after August 2003 are in the 100's.  Some people are confusing su100 to be and L instead of the #1. No L's are used in the su part of the pass word.

If after checking your virus protection settings your user information does not work please click here to contact The Toy Tractor Times Members Support.

2.  I Forgot My Pass Word?  The Toy Tractor Times will be more than happy to re-send you your pass word by e-mail.  Please provide your full name and mailing address in your e-mail so that we can locate your user information in our records.  Please e-mail michaelghenry@yahoo.com to contact The Toy Tractor Times. Entitle your e-mail lost pass word.

3.  How Do I Know When My Subscription Is Up For Renewal?   Your pass words last part is a month. For example Jan2004.  This means your last issue will be the December 2003 issue and in order to receive the January 2004 issue you must renew your subscription before January 15, 2004.
