Welcome to the 2008 St. Louis Edition of the Toy Tractor Times. We have an exciting line up of stories and videos for you covering the first big farm toy show of 2008. The St. Louis Toy Show is best known for its custom and display contest. Toy Tractor Times TV is packed with detailed video and interviews of top notch custom farm toys and displays builders this month. We have a 360 degree tour of Cody Austin’s award winning 1/64 cotton display. There are three interesting interviews with some of the hobby’s best custom builders including Dave Tallon, Hector Mattheys and Brian Long. These builders are raising the bar in custom building and displays.  Look for additional Toy Tractor Times TV display coverage in the next few issues of the Toy Tractor Times.
Stefanie and I want to thank Dusty Kirschman and Matt Hirtzel for their assistance in covering all the events at the St. Louis Toy Show. St. Louis is one of our very favorite toy shows of the year. It is known as the friendly show because of all the great farm toy collectors and vendors who attend the show. Over the years we have made many great friendships at St. Louis. Thank you to Roy and Audrey Baker and their family for hosting one of the premier farm toy events in the nation for over 25 years. Stefanie and I are already looking forward to the 2009 St. Louis Toy Show.
We hope to see you there.Â
Until Next Times….Â
